I also greatly admire Tim Cook for his attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Under his leadership, Apple has focused not just on innovation but on perfect design and user experience. And that's what I do my best to apply to my family business, perfection.

I want to be known as the person who proves that coming to a country where you don’t speak the language and being far from your family doesn’t have to stop you from achieving great things.

What is my greatest professional achievement ?

My greatest professional achievement was the complete overhaul of the telephone system in a 5-star hotel, a project I managed from start to finish.

With no prior experience in this type of system, I first had to train myself to understand its technical aspects.

I then researched and compared different solutions based on features, reliability, and budget. This extensive analysis led me to exchange over 300 emails and coordinate the project over the course of a year, ensuring smooth communication between Accor headquarters, the owners, and the hotel management.

What kind of problems do I solve ?

I solve a variety of IT challenges, from security risks to operational inefficiencies:

• Preventing security breaches: Since 95% of cybersecurity incidents result from human error (World Economic Forum), I focus on prevention. I conduct internal audits to identify vulnerabilities and provide regular training to employees, ensuring they adopt best security practices to protect company data.

• Fixing complex IT issues: I handle technical challenges such as troubleshooting critical system failures, ensuring stable IT operations, and managing smooth migrations to modern cloud-based solutions.

  My goal is to keep systems running efficiently with minimal downtime.

• Reducing unnecessary costs: IT services can be costly if not properly managed. I analyze contracts with service providers to identify unnecessary expenses and negotiate better deals, ensuring an optimized IT budget while maintaining service quality.

• Improving project execution: Some projects stall or lose direction due to poor planning or communication gaps. I step in to streamline processes, ensure clear objectives, and align teams so that projects stay on track and meet deadline.
