Professional Career

As the IT Manager at Fairmont Le Montreux Palace since the age of 24, I manage and optimize IT projects and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while aligning with business objectives.

I oversee the hotel’s entire IT infrastructure, maintaining networks, servers, and system security to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.

I also provide hands-on technical support to staff, VIP guests, and large-scale events, guaranteeing seamless IT operations.

Additionally, I implement cybersecurity awareness training for employees, reducing security incidents and improving compliance. 

Education

I arrived in Switzerland in 2011 without speaking a word of French and learned the language while pursuing my education.

This journey enabled me to complete compulsory schooling, earn a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education (CFC) in Business IT, and obtain a Professional Technical Maturity (Maturité professionnelle Technique).

Skill

I have extensive expertise in Cloud & Virtualization, working with technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Hyper-V, and Barracuda Cloud Backup.

My IT Management experience includes IT Budgeting, Project Management, Infrastructure Oversight, and effective coordination with outsourcing partners and third-party vendors.

In Networking, I specialize in Cisco and Ubiquiti infrastructure management.

I also bring strong expertise in Hospitality IT Systems, including Silverware POS, Oracle PMS, Middleware IPTV, and HSIA solutions.

Regarding Security, I am proficient in Milestone CCTV, APC Monitoring, Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools, cyber crisis management, and trained in BLS AED protocols for emergency response.
